\nCorea y Jap\u00f3n. <\/span>Hacia un futuro sostenible, libre de energ\u00eda nuclear y sin carb\u00f3n <\/span>donde los desastres nucleares no se repitan<\/span><\/p>\n

11 de marzo de 2021<\/span><\/p>\n

Este a\u00f1o se cumple el d\u00e9cimo aniversario del gran terremoto del este de Jap\u00f3n y las posteriores calamidades del accidente de la central nuclear de Fukushima Daiichi de la Compa\u00f1\u00eda de Energ\u00eda El\u00e9ctrica de Tokio (TEPCO).<\/p>\n

Hoy en Jap\u00f3n, el impacto del accidente sigue siendo severo, lejos de una recuperaci\u00f3n de los da\u00f1os. Por ejemplo, muchos de los que han sido afectados y\/o desplazados se enfrentan a un empobrecimiento creciente, debido a los recortes graduales en el apoyo gubernamental a las v\u00edctimas. El da\u00f1o ambiental ha sido inmensurable, mientras que la intervenci\u00f3n del gobierno, llevada a cabo bajo el nombre de \u201creconstrucci\u00f3n\u201d, ha causado divisi\u00f3n entre las comunidades.<\/p>\n

Mientras tanto, el riesgo de la energ\u00eda nuclear ha aumentado, con la intensificaci\u00f3n de los tifones y las precipitaciones, el aumento de la temperatura del agua del mar y continuos brotes de r\u00e9plicas en el pa\u00eds, as\u00ed como terremotos en la regi\u00f3n de Asia y el Pac\u00edfico.<\/p>\n

Nuevamente protestamos en\u00e9rgicamente contra el gobierno japon\u00e9s y TEPCO que
\nAl parecer, simplemente esperan que se olvide el accidente, ignorando los da\u00f1os y subestimando los peligros de la energ\u00eda nuclear.<\/p>\n

En Corea del Sur, que fue testigo de la gravedad del accidente, la administraci\u00f3n Moon Jae-in tom\u00f3 posesi\u00f3n con sus promesas de una eliminaci\u00f3n gradual de las armas nucleares. Sin embargo, el cambio sigue siendo una realidad lejana. Si bien, por un lado, un reactor nuclear fue cerrado permanentemente y otro fuera de servicio,
\npor otro lado, se encuentra en marcha la construcci\u00f3n y operaci\u00f3n de nuevas unidades.<\/p>\n

La capacidad de las centrales nucleares ha aumentado en m\u00e1s de 700 MW y se espera que aumente en 2800 MW adicionales para 2024. La mayor\u00eda de las pol\u00edticas de desnuclearizaci\u00f3n de la administraci\u00f3n Moon, incluida la promesa de cerrar las centrales el\u00e9ctricas que hayan llegado al final de su vida \u00fatil, se est\u00e1n volviendo obsoletos. Adem\u00e1s, tambi\u00e9n se han revelado casos de defectos de construcci\u00f3n y otros problemas graves, as\u00ed como intentos de ocultar estos hechos.<\/p>\n

La Comisi\u00f3n de Seguridad Nuclear, una agencia que debe regular y supervisar a las empresas de producci\u00f3n y suministro de energ\u00eda nuclear, est\u00e1 en cambio a su lado y pasando por alto su corrupci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n

Aunque sufrieron el accidente del 11 de marzo, tanto el gobierno de Corea del Sur como el de Jap\u00f3n est\u00e1n estancando sus esfuerzos por eliminar gradualmente la energ\u00eda nuclear. Esto puede atribuirse a la falta de imaginaci\u00f3n hacia una nueva sociedad libre de armas nucleares y a la adicci\u00f3n al consumo y al crecimiento econ\u00f3mico.<\/p>\n

Por encima de todo, las pol\u00edticas relativas a la energ\u00eda nuclear de ambos pa\u00edses carecen
\ntransparencia.<\/p>\n

\u00a0<\/span>La verdadera verdad que debemos aprender del accidente del 11 de marzo es el peligro y la insostenibilidad de la energ\u00eda nuclear y la urgente necesidad de una transici\u00f3n social.<\/p>\n

Estos fueron tambi\u00e9n los fundamentos comunes de Green
\nPartido Corea y Verdes Jap\u00f3n. Sin embargo, hoy 10 a\u00f1os despu\u00e9s, nuestra sociedad est\u00e1
\nenfrentar nuevas crisis, incluidos crecientes brotes de pandemias y crisis clim\u00e1ticas.
\ncambio, y la ra\u00edz est\u00e1 en la actividad econ\u00f3mica global de la humanidad.
\nDe manera similar, la causa detr\u00e1s del accidente de la energ\u00eda nuclear es el estado actual de nuestra pol\u00edtica y econom\u00eda.<\/p>\n

\u00a0<\/span>Para hacer frente a esas crisis, debemos hacer realidad una sociedad desnuclearizada y descarbonizada y hacer la transici\u00f3n de una sociedad centrada en el crecimiento material y el desarrollo a una sociedad descentralizada. Este,
\na su vez, subraya la creciente importancia de los principios y valores de nuestros Partidos Verdes. El progreso y el \u00e9xito de los Partidos Verdes en Europa y muchos otros pa\u00edses que comparten ideolog\u00edas similares exigen la misma misi\u00f3n hist\u00f3rica por parte del Partido Verde de Corea y de los Verdes de Jap\u00f3n.<\/p>\n

Profundamente conscientes de esa misi\u00f3n, volvemos a exigir firmemente al gobierno japon\u00e9s y a TEPCO que hagan esfuerzos genuinos para la recuperaci\u00f3n y la compensaci\u00f3n, y que retiren los planes de verter agua radiactiva en el
\noc\u00e9ano. Tambi\u00e9n reforzaremos nuestros esfuerzos para apoyar a quienes han sido
\nafectados y\/o desplazados.<\/p>\n

\u00a0<\/span>Las discusiones gubernamentales sobre la revisi\u00f3n del Plan B\u00e1sico de Energ\u00eda de Jap\u00f3n, prevista para junio de este a\u00f1o, incluyen sugerencias para reiniciar las centrales nucleares y construir otras nuevas.<\/p>\n

Sin embargo, la energ\u00eda nuclear, que se basa en un sistema centralizado a gran escala, no encaja con el sistema descentralizado y comunitario local.
\nsociedad a la que aspiramos y dejaremos atr\u00e1s una enorme carga para el futuro.
\ngeneraciones. Carece de sostenibilidad en todos los aspectos de riesgo y costo, una grave
\nejemplo de ello son los residuos nucleares, y tambi\u00e9n va en contra de los esfuerzos por
\nconstruir una sociedad baja en carbono.<\/p>\n

Este a\u00f1o, Jap\u00f3n celebrar\u00e1 elecciones generales hasta el oto\u00f1o, mientras que Corea celebrar\u00e1 elecciones parciales. Para no repetir otro accidente grave, u otro accidente de Fukushima, las fuerzas pol\u00edticas que apoyan una sociedad libre de armas nucleares deben dar pasos adelante en ambos pa\u00edses. En particular, es urgente aprobar el proyecto de ley "nuclear cero" propuesto por el Partido Dem\u00f3crata Constitucional de Jap\u00f3n.<\/p>\n

Tambi\u00e9n se espera que a finales de este a\u00f1o, en noviembre, se celebre la COP26.<\/p>\n

Por lo tanto, este a\u00f1o es de importancia cr\u00edtica en t\u00e9rminos de instigar un cambio fundamental en nuestra econom\u00eda, pol\u00edtica y sociedad para un mundo libre de armas nucleares.
