La ciencia nos dice que las emisiones deben comenzar a aplanarse el pr\u00f3ximo a\u00f1o y reducirse en 45% para 2030.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Esto puede parecer una tarea dif\u00edcil, pero se puede lograr. Sin embargo, mientras los Verdes y muchas otras personas en todo el mundo exigen estos cambios a sus gobiernos, el sector de los combustibles f\u00f3siles est\u00e1 aumentando la producci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El presidente de la COP, Sultan Al Jaber, es tambi\u00e9n el presidente de la compa\u00f1\u00eda petrolera nacional de los EAU. Una empresa que planea espec\u00edficamente aumentar dr\u00e1sticamente su propia producci\u00f3n. Y no est\u00e1 solo. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pero las energ\u00edas renovables tambi\u00e9n son cada vez m\u00e1s importantes. Todos los cambios que necesitamos para alcanzar los objetivos clim\u00e1ticos son alcanzables y est\u00e1n demostrados que funcionan. Lo que debe cambiar es la influencia y el poder de los intereses creados en el sector de los combustibles f\u00f3siles en las negociaciones sobre el clima.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Al comenzar la COP28, nosotros, los Verdes Globales, ponemos el foco firmemente en Sultan Al Jaber para responder a estos conflictos de intereses y demostrar que esta COP puede aportar transparencia, rendici\u00f3n de cuentas y eliminar la influencia indebida de los intereses creados. S\u00ed, todos deben estar alrededor de la mesa.
