La contribuci\u00f3n de la diversidad floral es de 31% de la densidad floral de la India, mientras que la fauna contribuye solo con 1.58% de la densidad faun\u00edstica total del pa\u00eds. Apenas han producido resultados positivos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La mayor\u00eda de estas empresas no respetan en absoluto la biodiversidad de la regi\u00f3n y est\u00e1n all\u00ed con un \u00fanico objetivo: ganar dinero r\u00e1pido y en grandes cantidades.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>PRINCIPALES FACTORES DE LA DEFORESTACI\u00d3N<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Red de carreteras: <\/strong>La construcci\u00f3n de carreteras estrat\u00e9gicas abri\u00f3 las monta\u00f1as a la explotaci\u00f3n de madera, productos forestales, minerales y tierras para cultivos comerciales y proyectos hidroel\u00e9ctricos.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Explosiones y canteras: <\/strong>La construcci\u00f3n de carreteras provoc\u00f3 una erosi\u00f3n masiva del suelo, deslizamientos de tierra y degradaci\u00f3n forestal.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Invasi\u00f3n de la agricultura industrial: <\/strong>Las grandes empresas reemplazaron a los agricultores locales y cultivaron productos comerciales como manzanas, jengibre e incluso opio.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Aumento del turismo: <\/strong>Las peregrinaciones y el turismo de aventura provocaron una degradaci\u00f3n ambiental, beneficiando principalmente a empresarios externos.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Uso excesivo de tierras agr\u00edcolas: <\/strong>El pastoreo excesivo y la expansi\u00f3n agr\u00edcola redujeron la cubierta forestal, disminuyendo as\u00ed la capacidad de la econom\u00eda de las colinas para sostenerse.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Proyectos Hidroel\u00e9ctricos: <\/strong>Represas como la de Tehri sumergieron vastas tierras agr\u00edcolas, desplazando comunidades y da\u00f1ando la biodiversidad.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Prioridades econ\u00f3micas: <\/strong>Los objetivos econ\u00f3micos eclipsan las preocupaciones ambientales, descuidando la conservaci\u00f3n de la biodiversidad.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Tala forestal: <\/strong>El negocio de la tala comercial, incluidas las operaciones gubernamentales, ha continuado la destrucci\u00f3n de los bosques desde la \u00e9poca del dominio brit\u00e1nico.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Patrones laborales seg\u00fan g\u00e9nero: <\/strong>Ignorar los roles de g\u00e9nero locales en la movilizaci\u00f3n laboral ha llevado al fracaso de proyectos de conservaci\u00f3n.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Falta de tecnolog\u00eda ecol\u00f3gica: <\/strong>Sin acceso a tecnolog\u00edas que equilibren la conservaci\u00f3n de la biodiversidad con el desarrollo econ\u00f3mico.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Erosi\u00f3n de la diversidad gen\u00e9tica: <\/strong>La diversidad de cultivos tradicionales se est\u00e1 perdiendo debido a la introducci\u00f3n de semillas de alto rendimiento.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>C\u00d3MO DETENER LA DEFORESTACI\u00d3N Y LA DESTRUCCI\u00d3N DEL H\u00c1BITAT&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La soluci\u00f3n a los problemas de degradaci\u00f3n ecol\u00f3gica y de la biodiversidad en la CDH, pasa por lo siguiente:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Gesti\u00f3n integrada de los recursos naturales<\/strong>:Gestionar toda la biodiversidad bajo un enfoque unificado.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Gesti\u00f3n Agr\u00edcola<\/strong>:Mejorar la agricultura con tecnolog\u00eda y empoderar a las mujeres en la gesti\u00f3n de recursos.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Autoridad unificada<\/strong>:Establecer un organismo gubernamental \u00fanico para supervisar la conservaci\u00f3n de la biodiversidad.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Aprovechamiento sostenible de la madera<\/strong>:Equilibrar la extracci\u00f3n de madera con la regeneraci\u00f3n forestal.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Defensa local y global<\/strong>:Apoyar la conservaci\u00f3n y oponerse al desarrollo ambientalmente destructivo.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Recopilaci\u00f3n de datos hidrol\u00f3gicos<\/strong>:Estudiar los patrones de los r\u00edos para gestionar mejor los recursos h\u00eddricos.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Prevenci\u00f3n de deslizamientos de tierra<\/strong>:Minimizar los deslizamientos de tierra mediante una mejor gesti\u00f3n forestal.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Consideraciones ambientales<\/strong>:Incorporar la sostenibilidad en los proyectos de desarrollo.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Sustentabilidad<\/strong>:Garantizar un uso responsable de los recursos y limitar el crecimiento del consumo.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El ecosistema, incluida la conservaci\u00f3n de la biodiversidad, del Himalaya en general y del CHR en particular es vital para todo el ecosistema mundial.
