Ils ont invit\u00e9 deux \u00e9minents d\u00e9mocrates de Hong Kong pour discuter des d\u00e9veloppements : Martin Lee, un avocat de 81 ans, a \u00e9t\u00e9 profond\u00e9ment impliqu\u00e9 dans la formulation de la Loi fondamentale de Hong Kong et a \u00e9t\u00e9 surnomm\u00e9 le \u00ab P\u00e8re de la d\u00e9mocratie de Hong Kong \u00bb et Alan Leong, candidat. La chef de l&#039;ex\u00e9cutif Carrie Lam a c\u00e9d\u00e9 devant chaque mesure prise par les dirigeants chinois pour porter atteinte \u00e0 l&#039;autonomie de Hong Kong, \u00e0 son \u00c9tat de droit et \u00e0 son respect des droits civiques.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">R\u00e9cemment, Carrie Lam a remani\u00e9 son cabinet en le remplissant de partisans de la ligne dure. La police de Hong Kong a r\u00e9cemment annonc\u00e9 qu&#039;aucune poursuite judiciaire n&#039;avait \u00e9t\u00e9 engag\u00e9e pour des violences polici\u00e8res end\u00e9miques commises contre des manifestants d\u00e9mocrates l&#039;ann\u00e9e derni\u00e8re. En revanche, pr\u00e8s de 600 personnes sont poursuivies pour participation au mouvement de protestation de l\u2019ann\u00e9e derni\u00e8re. Les dirigeants d\u00e9mocrates sont pers\u00e9cut\u00e9s, ce qui a fait la une des journaux internationaux lorsque 15 des repr\u00e9sentants les plus hauts et les plus importants du camp d\u00e9mocrate ont \u00e9t\u00e9 arr\u00eat\u00e9s. P\u00e9kin semble avoir d\u00e9cid\u00e9 de remplacer progressivement l&#039;autonomie gouvernementale de Hong Kong par une ing\u00e9rence directe du continent, m\u00eame si cela viole clairement la Loi fondamentale de Hong Kong et la D\u00e9claration commune sino-britannique. &nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Dans ces circonstances difficiles et sous la pression suppl\u00e9mentaire de la crise du Covid-19, Hong Kong se pr\u00e9pare aux \u00e9lections du Conseil l\u00e9gislatif (LegCo) en septembre. Alors que les manifestations publiques et les activit\u00e9s politiques sont actuellement largement impossibles, une puissante initiative dirig\u00e9e par P\u00e9kin de personnalit\u00e9s de l\u2019establishment, dirig\u00e9e par deux anciens chefs de l\u2019ex\u00e9cutif, a form\u00e9 une alliance qui a imm\u00e9diatement d\u00e9montr\u00e9 son objectif en d\u00e9nigrant et en d\u00e9non\u00e7ant le mouvement d\u00e9mocrate. Ces forces de l\u2019establishment ainsi que P\u00e9kin sont pleinement conscients qu\u2019ils courent un risque tr\u00e8s \u00e9lev\u00e9 de perdre les \u00e9lections du LegCo, tout comme ils ont perdu les \u00e9lections de district. Les d\u00e9mocrates pourraient, pour la premi\u00e8re fois, atteindre la majorit\u00e9 au sein du LegCo, paralysant ainsi les projets existants visant \u00e0 utiliser le LegCo pour restreindre davantage les libert\u00e9s de Hong Kong. &nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Dans cette situation, nous avons invit\u00e9 deux \u00e9minents d\u00e9mocrates de Hong Kong pour discuter de l\u2019\u00e9volution de leur ville telle qu\u2019ils la voient. Martin Lee, un avocat de 81 ans, a \u00e9t\u00e9 profond\u00e9ment impliqu\u00e9 dans la formulation de la Loi fondamentale de Hong Kong et a \u00e9t\u00e9 surnomm\u00e9 le \u00ab P\u00e8re de la d\u00e9mocratie de Hong Kong \u00bb.
