Deux ans plus t\u00f4t, le<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><a style=\"font-size: 1em; line-height: 1.4em; font-family: 'Verdana Pro SemiBold', verdana, arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\" href=\"https:\/\/globalgreens.cmail20.com\/t\/t-l-eswhd-jyllqtkjj-j\/\">Le PNUD interrog\u00e9<\/a><span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span>Un nombre incroyable de 1,2 millions de personnes \u00e0 travers le monde ont d\u00e9couvert que 64% convenait que \u00ab le changement climatique est une urgence mondiale \u00bb.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-family: 'Verdana Pro Light', verdana, arial, helvetica, sans-serif; line-height: 1.4em;\">Dans ce contexte, il vaut la peine de regarder ce graphique\u00a0:<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-family: 'Verdana Pro Light', verdana, arial, helvetica, sans-serif; line-height: 1.4em;\"><img decoding=\"async\" style=\"width: 731.32px;\" src=\"https:\/\/globalgreens-org.stackstaging.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/blogs\/1710213733_COP%20CO2%20emissions.png\" data-filename=\"COP CO2 emissions.png\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-family: 'Verdana Pro Light', verdana, arial, helvetica, sans-serif; line-height: 1.4em;\"><strong style=\"font-family: 'Verdana Pro SemiBold', verdana, arial, helvetica, sans-serif; line-height: 1.4em;\">En 30 ans de n\u00e9gociations et d\u2019accords mondiaux sur le climat, le CO2 n\u2019a cess\u00e9 d\u2019augmenter et la nature dispara\u00eet.<\/strong><span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span>Oui, il y a des progr\u00e8s, et il est important de les c\u00e9l\u00e9brer. Mais la volont\u00e9 populaire manifeste de s\u2019attaquer efficacement \u00e0 la crise climatique ne se refl\u00e8te pas dans des actions s\u00e9rieuses, encore moins dans des actions d\u2019urgence \u00e0 grande \u00e9chelle et rapides. C\u2019est le cas aux niveaux national, r\u00e9gional et mondial, et cela nous pose une question cruciale en tant que\u00a0<a style=\"font-size: 1em; line-height: 1.4em; font-family: 'Verdana Pro SemiBold', verdana, arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\" href=\"https:\/\/globalgreens.cmail20.com\/t\/t-l-eswhd-jyllqtkjj-i\/\"><strong style=\"line-height: 1.4em;\"><span style=\"line-height: 1.4em;\">L\u00e9gumes verts<\/span><\/strong><\/a>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-family: 'Verdana Pro Light', verdana, arial, helvetica, sans-serif; line-height: 1.4em;\"><strong style=\"font-family: 'Verdana Pro SemiBold', verdana, arial, helvetica, sans-serif; line-height: 1.4em;\">TOUS<\/strong><span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span>nos syst\u00e8mes de gouvernement, que nous les consid\u00e9rions comme des d\u00e9mocraties fortes, imparfaites ou faibles, ou m\u00eame des autocraties, sont r\u00e9v\u00e9l\u00e9s comme des \u00e9checs par la crise climatique. Cela inclut notamment mon pays natal, l&#039;Australie, qui est consid\u00e9r\u00e9 comme l&#039;une des d\u00e9mocraties les plus fortes du monde, mais qui continue pourtant \u00e0 d\u00e9velopper l&#039;extraction de combustibles fossiles contre la volont\u00e9 de la population.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-family: 'Verdana Pro Light', verdana, arial, helvetica, sans-serif; line-height: 1.4em;\">Notre parole<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><strong style=\"font-family: 'Verdana Pro SemiBold', verdana, arial, helvetica, sans-serif; line-height: 1.4em;\">d\u00e9mocratie<\/strong><span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span>vient des mots grecs anciens demos, le peuple, et kratos, le pouvoir. Cela signifie litt\u00e9ralement un syst\u00e8me dans lequel les gens ont le pouvoir de prendre collectivement des d\u00e9cisions concernant nos vies et notre avenir. La crise climatique n\u2019est qu\u2019un exemple parmi tant d\u2019autres (voir in\u00e9galit\u00e9s \u00e9conomiques, militarisme, justice sociale, biodiversit\u00e9, etc.) o\u00f9 cet id\u00e9al est en contradiction avec la r\u00e9alit\u00e9. Et cela inclut \u00e9galement les endroits o\u00f9 les Verts ont \u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e9lus au parlement, et m\u00eame au gouvernement. D\u2019une certaine mani\u00e8re, les d\u00e9mocraties repr\u00e9sentatives lib\u00e9rales li\u00e9es aux \u00e9conomies capitalistes sont con\u00e7ues pour faire juste ce qu\u2019il faut pour satisfaire juste assez de personnes, tout en poursuivant leurs actions qui profitent \u00e0 quelques puissants.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-family: 'Verdana Pro Light', verdana, arial, helvetica, sans-serif; line-height: 1.4em;\"><strong style=\"font-family: 'Verdana Pro SemiBold', verdana, arial, helvetica, sans-serif; line-height: 1.4em;\">La<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"line-height: 1.4em;\">Mondial<\/span>\u00a0<span style=\"line-height: 1.4em;\">L\u00e9gumes verts<\/span><span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span>a \u00e9t\u00e9 fond\u00e9e sur un pilier de la d\u00e9mocratie participative de base.<\/strong><span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span>Notre politique repose sur la compr\u00e9hension que lorsque nous prenons des d\u00e9cisions ensemble, en recherchant le consensus, en travaillant au niveau le plus proche de l\u2019action tout en nous coordonnant entre nous, nous obtenons les meilleures d\u00e9cisions et les plus durables. Nous avons eu des conversations merveilleuses et stimulantes, portant sur les divers d\u00e9fis auxquels nous sommes confront\u00e9s sur tous les continents, vivant et faisant campagne dans un large \u00e9ventail de circonstances politiques.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-family: 'Verdana Pro Light', verdana, arial, helvetica, sans-serif; line-height: 1.4em;\"><strong style=\"font-family: 'Verdana Pro SemiBold', verdana, arial, helvetica, sans-serif; line-height: 1.4em;\">De ces conversations, le<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"line-height: 1.4em;\">R\u00e9seau mondial des Verts pour le renforcement de la d\u00e9mocratie<\/span><span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span>\u00e9tait form\u00e9<\/strong>, dans le but de collaborer entre nos partis et nos membres pour approfondir la compr\u00e9hension, r\u00e9pondre aux menaces et construire des pratiques et des normes.
