Les discussions en Colombie se concentreront sur l&#039;\u00e9valuation de la mesure dans laquelle les gouvernements atteignent les objectifs du cadre de\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.cfr.org\/article\/goal-conserve-30-percent-planet-2030-biodiversity-climate\">prot\u00e9ger 30 pour cent<\/a>\u00a0des terres, des oc\u00e9ans, des zones c\u00f4ti\u00e8res et des eaux int\u00e9rieures de la Terre d&#039;ici 2030\u00a0; r\u00e9former l&#039;\u00e9quivalent de 1,4 \u00e0 500 milliards de dollars de subventions environnementales mondiales\u00a0; et r\u00e9duire de moiti\u00e9 le gaspillage alimentaire. Les signataires du GBF devraient \u00e9galement venir au sommet avec des strat\u00e9gies et plans d&#039;action nationaux pour la biodiversit\u00e9 (SPANB).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Avant cela, nous devons nous connecter et \u00e9lever notre voix ensemble : en agissant au niveau local, en agissant au niveau national et en agissant ensemble au niveau international.
