Michelle Sheather

Michelle has worked on the Australian Greens staff in the role of International Development Coordinator for 8 years. She has worked on all continents on environmental, human rights, and disarmament initiatives for 30+ years in both the International and the Australian NGO community; coordinated priority campaign projects and field expeditions on the front lines in remote areas for international Non-Government Organisations. 

Michelle is on the coordination team for the Global Greens Biodiversity working group having worked on various UN Fora and treaties such as Earth Summits, UN disarmament initiatives, and Biodiversity Convention, as well as the Global Greens 2023 Congress. She has developed global training programs including the APGF Women’s Network training programs for Mentoring and Gender Equity.
