Democracy in Uganda

In relation to Uganda, this Congress:

• Encourages partnership and support between other parties and like-minded platforms;
• Supports Green Parties to grow democratically;
• Calls upon the Government of Uganda to allow people to express their liberties, such as the right to peaceful demonstration.
