Pegah Edalatian, International Coordinator, German Green Party
Pegah Edalatian is the deputy federal chairwoman of BÜNDNIS 90/DIE GRÜNEN since February 2022. She is the party’s first diversity spokesperson and international-European coordinator. Her passion lies in global justice, feminist foreign policy and human rights. Being a European at heart, she wants to shape Green politics in Europe and internationally. Through projects such as the inclusive volunteer service “weltwärts alle inklusive!” and as a political advisor for migration and flight, she has collected extensive experience in fields related to diversity. Together with the party’s diversity officer and its diversity council, she intends to make the structures of BÜNDNIS 90/DIE GRÜNEN more inclusive. Photo credit: Dominik Butzmann
Snigdha Tiwari, Climate Working Group Co-Convenor
Snigdah Tiwari is a Co-Convenor for the Global Greens Climate Working Group. Snigdah is a human rights lawyer and climate justice activist. Snigdah is also involved in her local party, and is the International Secretary of the Uttarakhand Parivartan Party in India.
Lucy Kagendo, Climate Working Group Co-Convenor
Lucy Kagendo Mbae is currently the Gender Secretary at the Green Congress of Kenya and has held this position since 2016. Lucy is an Environmental Activist and Program Officer at the Green Dimensions Network. She is also the Global Greens Climate working group Convenor. Lucy is also running for Member of County Assembly for Roysambu in Nairobi County in the 2022 elections.
Mohamed Awad, President of the Egyptian Green Party
Mohamed Awad is the President of the Egyptian Green Party, second Vice President of the African Greens Federation, and Global Greens delegate to COP26. Mohamed holds a BSc in Chemical Engineering and a BA in Law from Cairo University, and a Master of Law from Institute des droits des affaire Internationale (IDAI). Mohamed has been integral to the Egyptian Green Party, having been a member since the Party first launched in 1990. Having served as the Former Member of Egyptian Parliament- Upper House, International Affairs and National Security Committee between 2012-2013, Mohamed has extensive experience in International Affairs.

Vivienne Glance, Facilitator and Former International Secretary
Vivienne is a writer and theatre artist with a background in science. She is active in promoting ethical arts sponsorship, and works for a conservation organisation. She is the current Deputy State Member for WA at National Council, and has been the Australian Greens International Secretary and APGF Councillor.
